How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our May Bank holiday delivery times are as follows:
Due to the coming bank holidays deliveries will be affected.
Any orders place on Friday 28th April pre 5:30pm will delivered on Tuesday 2nd May.
Any orders place on Friday 28th April post 5:30pm and over the weekend, will be delivered on Wednesday 3rd May.
Any orders place on Friday 26th May pre 5:30pm will delivered on Tuesday 30th May.
Any orders place on Friday 26th May post 5:30pm and over the weekend, will be delivered on Wednesday 31st May.

Depending on the day and time your order is placed, please refer to the table below for expected delivery days. If you place your order on a public holiday, your products will take an additional business day to arrive.

Please note: If you're having your order delivered to an address in the 'Highlands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of Wales', products marked as 'Next Day Delivery' may take a little longer to arrive.

Next Day Delivery items: allow an additional 2 – 3 working days for delivery
Office furniture: allow an additional 5 working days for delivery

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to:
- UK mainland (Including Isle of Wight)
- Northern Ireland
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
What happens if I am not there when my items are delivered?
If you are absent or unable to sign for your delivery, other people in your office can also accept and sign for your delivery on your behalf.
If there is no one available to accept your delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with details on how to contact them to rearrange another delivery.
The courier company will usually attempt a second delivery before expecting you to contact them on their details provided to make alternative delivery arrangements.
What time/day will my order be delivered?
Products will be delivered by courier Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Unfortunately you're unable to request a specific delivery time.
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email detailing order tracking information. you can also check this information in My Account
