How do I pay & confirm my order?
If you’ve already registered with us, you’ll need to enter your 'login details' and 'password' during checkout.
If you’re new to our website, please register as a customer to buy from us. You will need to provide the following details to complete registration:
- Name and email address – to send you order confirmation emails.
- Delivery and billing address – ensuring your order and invoice arrives safely.
- Company details (if applicable) – to correctly address the statement or invoice.
When you provide these details they’ll be stored securely for quick and easy future shopping. You’ll also be able to enjoy the following benefits in 'My Account' including order tracking, viewing past purchases, reward points and your orders all in one place

Delivery and billing address
To ensure your order and invoice arrives safely, you’ll need to provide your delivery and billing address. Please ensure you check your delivery address details thoroughly as you’ll be unable to edit the delivery location after your order has been placed. Review and pay for your order
After choosing your delivery information, you will then be able to review your order, payment and shopping basket details on the 'Pay & Confirm' page.
Please ensure you check all of the details thoroughly as you will be unable to edit or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, please visit our Returns help section for more information.
When you are ready to confirm your order, click on the ‘Pay and confirm order’ button.
As soon as you have completed the payment of your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email advising you of the expected delivery date of your item(s).
